Zarubezhneft not interested in shelf works any more

Zarubezhneft has terminated consultations with the Government on the issue of gaining the right to work at the shelf deposits, the Minister of Natural Resources of Russia, S. Donskoi said.

Zarubezhneft  applied to the Government but the decision hasn’t been made as yet. I think the company is not active in this issue now. The shelf is not a priority issue in its strategy, he said.
