“Bashneft” is not about to exceed 2 mln tons of oil production at the deposits of “Burneftegaz”

Oil production at the deposits of “Burneftegaz”, belonging to “Bashneft”, is to increase up to 2 million tons. A.Korsik, the head of “Bashneft” stated.

“We will reach 2 million tons of oil production next year. We will not increase the figure, as we use the infrastructure in full. We have a choice: either we increase the infrastructure, which is going to be idle if the production decreases, or keep the production at the same level during the next several years,” he said.
