Iran will hold talks on the exchange of gas from Russia, Turkmenistan and Azerbaijan within the framework of the Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF), which will be held on November 23, the ISNA agency reports citing a statement of the Iranian Oil Minister Bijan Zanganeh.
