Pavel Zavalniy introduces two bills for the development of hydrocarbons on the continental shelf to the State Duma.

The President of the Russian Gas Society, Chairman of the State Duma Committee for Energy, Pavel Zavalniy submitted two bills designed by the RGS to the State Duma. Bills relate to the development of hydrocarbons on the continental shelf.

1. The draft federal law "On Amendments to the Federal Law "On the continental shelf of the Russian Federation" regarding the lifting of restrictions on the circulation of artificial islands, installations and structures on the continental shelf of the Russian Federation". The bill is aimed at defining the status of these objects as objects of civil law, regulation of the grounds of their belonging to subsoil users and contractors, as well as the characteristics of their turnover.
