Rosreestr and Transneft signed an agreement on control over the sites of pipelines

The Federal Service of State Registration, Land register and Mapping (Rosreestr) and Transneft have signed a cooperation agreement which will allow to control the sites in the areas of route pipelines. The document was signed by the head of Rosreestr, I. Vasiliev, and President of Transneft, N. Tokarev.

The agreement presupposes the cooperation in the sphere of state registration of rights for the objects of industrial infrastructure in the oil transportation sector, their cadastral registration including with the use of electronic services. The parties agreed on cooperation by the issues of control over the regime of land sites use located in the areas of security of route pipelines, as well as on participation in working out the ideas on the foundation and development of the normative base in their spheres of activity.

According to the head of Rosreestr, the agreement will allow to increase the quality of data on objects of the oil transportation sector in the information resources. The realization of the agreement also aims at the strengthening of control over the use of sites in the areas of security of route pipeline which is of particular importance for safety and environmental protection in the areas of location of objects of the oil transportation sector.
