LUKOIL does not take an investment decision about hydrocracking complex at refinery in Nizhny Novgorod.

LUKOIL has not taken invest decisions to impose hydrocracking complex of heavy residue at the refinery "Lukoil-Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez", the company's president Vagit Alekperov stated.

 "The investment decision was not made. In connection with the tax maneuver economic ratios of the project during the construction in 2015 look is ineffective. We have completed the design documentation and while it was postponed until making the decision in a later period," - said Alekperov.
