Siemens ready to offer equipment for Nord Stream-2 to Gazprom

​Siemens is ready to offer equipment and technologies for the construction of the Nord Stream-2 to Gazprom, CEO of Siemens in Russia and Central Asia, Vice-President of Siemens AG, D. Meller, said.

A number of meetings at the highest level held this year were dedicated to the perspectives of cooperation in the framework of the Nord Stream-2. We are interested in further joint work and are ready to offer modern equipment, technologies and decisions for the realization of the project. We also plan to take into account the requirements of our partner in the part of products localization, Mr. Meller said.

Siemens and Gazprom have been cooperating over 20 years. In 2003 the first agreement on strategic partnership was signed.
