Total investment of Rosneft into “Zvezda” plant’s construction to make up 145 bln roubles - Sechin

​The total investment of Rosneft into the construction of the “Zvezda” plant will make up 145 bln roubles, 22 bln roubles have already been invested, I. Sechin said.

By the order of the President Putin and the PM, Rosneft in the structure of the consortium realizes a strategic project “Zvezda”.

Your orders presupposed the settlement of the following issues: financing of the project, order placing at the ship building complex, foundation of the engineering center, I. Sechin said addressing the PM D. Medvedev.

Rosneft is ready to negotiate with other participants of the project, in particular, with Gazprombank and OSK, on the additional issue of funds for the project to make the stakes of shareholders equal.

Mr. Sechin also reported to Mr. Medvedev on the works held from the moment of Rosneft’s entering the project of construction of Zvezda.
