Transneft may postpone terms of current investment program because of low indexation of tariffs

Transneft can delay the terms of the current investment program from 2020 to 2021 because of low tariff indexation. This was announced by the company’s president Nikolai Tokarev.
"The only thing that makes it difficult for us is the indexation of our tariffs. There are certain nuances that could lead to the fact that we will have to postpone the completion of our investment program to 2021. Well, this is not a tragedy. We will just reformat the tasks and will solve them peacefully,"- he said.
