In 2015, Tomsk region produced 10.8 million tons of oil. The production volume, according to preliminary data, remained at the level of 2014.
The volume of the produced gas exceeded the last year's figure by 7% and reached 5.4 billion cubic meters. In 2016, the oil production in the region, according to estimates of the companies, will grow by 0.5% to 10.86 million tons. The gas production will decrease by 2% after a sharp rise in 2015 - to 5.3 billion cubic meters.
