Ukrtransnafta offers Privat’s plants to negotiate on storage of process oil

Ukrtransnafta has rejected the proposal of Privat’s plants (Ukrtatnafta) to repay hundreds of millions for the lease of tanks and transfer of process oil on bail, uncorroborated in courts.
This is stated in the reply of Ukrtransnafta on appeal of Ukrtatnafta.
