The Yamal LNG project is financed in the amount of $15 billion, the head of Novatek, Leonid Michelson stated during a meeting with the RF President Vladimir Putin on January 18th, 2016.
The Chinese partners have invested about $5 billion, and the French - $3.7 billion.
To date about $15 billion have been invested, of which $ 2.3 billion - from the National Welfare Fund.
We have very good partners. Everybody is trying.
Times are difficult, Novatek is included in the sanctions lists.
