Kazzinc and Verny Capital to purchase gold-producing Orion Minerals for 30 billion tenge

The Kazakh mining and metallurgical corporation Kazzinc and the investment company Verny Capital are to purchase the gold-producing company Orion Minerals, which owns rights of subsoil use at the Raygorodok and Komarovsk gold deposits in north Kazakhstan, Verny Capital reported.
