The state claims that Ufaleynickel must return the borrowed metal as soon as possible

This week the Supreme Arbitration Court of the RF will specify the date
of consideration of the lawsuit of the Federal State Reserve Agency against
Ufaleynickel Plc. the agency claims that Ufaleynickel must hasten the returning
of 2,900 tons of nickel borrowed from the state in 1990-s. the one-time
returning of such amount of the products can result in bankruptcy of the township-forming
enterprise of Upper Ufaley (46 thousand citizens).
