In 2013, Lukoil acknowledged profit from re-valuation of its shareholding in Kama-Oil at a rate of $200 million

In 2013,  Lukoil acknowledged profit from re-valuation of its 50% shareholding in Kama-Oil CJSC at a rate of $199 million.

In April 2013, Lukoil paid $400 million for 49.99% in Kama-Oil CJSC to the businessman D. Rybovlev, having enlarged its shareholding to 99.99%. The group got control and consolidated the company. Re-valuation of the Lukoil’s shareholding was acknowledged on the date of purchase of the rest of 50% in the company.
