In Q4 2013, Lukoil raised credit of $1.5 billion from Sberbank

In Q4 2013, Lukoil raised credit of $1.5 billion in Sberbank of Russia. The credit should be paid off until 2018; its interest rate is LIBOR + 2.50% per annum. In December 2013, the company paid $583 million for the rest shareholding of 20% in the Sicilian ISAB oil refinery. In February 2009, Lukoil bought 49% in ISAB for Euro 1.45 billion, and then gradually enlarged its shareholding, to 100% by the end of 2013.

In 2013, the cash inflow connected with the changes in short and long term debts and loans was $4.125 billion in comparison to outflow of $1.266 billion.
