Rosneft has suggested to the Government to perform in its favour Transneft's additional issue

The Russian and foreign mass-media discuss the source of financing of Transneft’s investment program admitted by the Government, and are surprised by the claims of the chief of Rosneft for a share in the oil transporting company.

Reuters writes that Transneft is going to spend 1.990 trillion rubles to investment until 2020, including ESPO broadening for Russian oil supplies to China. The chief of Transneft N. Tokarev says that the investment program until 2020 is 1.990 trillion rubles including new construction, reconstruction and upgrading.
