The Supreme Arbitration Court affirmed the right of Joy-Lud to recover more than $ 40 million from MOR.

On Tuesday the Presidium of the Supreme Arbitration Court (SAC) of Russia declared transactions that led to the alienation of the American Joy-Lud Distributors rights to recover more than $ 40 million from the Moscow Oil Refinery (MOR) illegal, court spokesman stated to RAPSI .

The presidium heard the case at the request of the Cypriot Exprodenta, which required to transfer it to succession rights of the claimant by a court order issued by Joy-Lud in 2006, to recover more than $ 28 million from the MOR.
