Alekperov buys shares of Lukoil for $45.7 million

Vagit Alekperov through structures, controlled by him, has acquired the ADR's of Lukoil to the amount of $45.7 million.
Previously, on February 12th, 2015, a deal for the purchase of 525 thousand ADR's for $25 million US was concluded, on February 13th, 2 more deals were made - 15 thousand and 405 thousand ADR's for $745.3 thousand and $19.9 million, respectively.
