Belarusian metallurgical plant plans to complete large-scale upgrade program this year

Large-scale modernization of production facilities, started at Belarusian metallurgical plant in 2012, has gone to its final stage, the press centre of the plant reports, noting that the company plans to complete works at 4 important facilities.
