Even if the oil price goes down to $30, Gazprom will fulfill its programme. The head of the department for finance and economics A.Kruglov asserted in an interview to TV channel “Russia24”. He stated that the company estimated different variants of development in advance, if the oil price went down to $30-40. An investment programme of the company makes up 840.35 billion roubles this year. He has added that Gazprom always formed an investment programme on the basis of the conservative scenario and confirmed it in December.
