Lukoil has completed seismic exploration in Iraq earlier

Lukoil has completed 2D seismic exploration at “Block 10” in Iraq 6 months earlier than planned, Lukoil’s affiliate - Lukoil Overseas Service B.V.- reports.
The works started in April 2014.
The block with the area of 5.6 thousand sq km is located on the Territory of the Di-Kar and Mutanna province, 120 km to the West of Barsa, not far from the largest oil deposits Rumeila, Western Kurna ad Al-Garraf. Lukoil Overseas is the operator of the project of development of “Block 10” with a 60% package, 40% is held by Inpex.
