The meeting of the Board of Directors of Lukoil dedicated to the payment dividends for 2014 is planned to hold in Volgograd on April 28th, the company’s head, V. Alekperov, said.
The annual meeting of Lukoil’s shareholders will be held in Volgograd on June 26th, the Board will give recommendations by the amount of final dividends for 2014 on April 28th, V. Alekperov said.
