The Auditing Chamber accuses Transneft of breaking of the terms of the Zapolyarye-Purpre pipeline launch

The Board of the Auditing Chamber voiced its disagreement to the investment programme of “Transneft” for 2012-2014. An auditor V.Bogomolov said that the investment programme did not comply with the general scheme of oil sector development in the country until 2020, confirmed by the Ministry of Energy. The volume of pipeline construction is 23% less compared to the planned one (main pipelines - by 76%).
