Contract for subsurface use between Kazakhstan and Russia is not issued so far

A conclusion of an agreement between Russian and Kazakhstani companies for the Imashevskoye deposit is at the preparatory stage. It is not issued so far. Vice-Minister of Energy M.Mirzagaliev stated at a briefing.
We remind that Russia and Kazakhstan signed an intergovernmental agreement on joint operation for geological exploration and prospecting of the trans-border Imashevskoye gas condensate deposit. The agreement came into force on January 17, 2011.
