The Prosecutor General has every reason to suspend the activities of the Ryazan Oil Refining Company (Ryazan Refinery owned by "Rosneft"), the Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Rinat Gizatulin, speaking at a meeting of the State Duma on March 18.
