An extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of OJSC “Bashneft” has taken a decision on a reduction of charter capital of the company by means of redemption of 2 724 173 reacquired equity shares of 1 rouble par. The company states.
The reacquired shares, which make up 1.51% of the charter capital of Bashneft were bought in April 2014 within the frame of reorganization by means of merging CJSC “Bashneft-Invest”. In accordance with legislation, the securities are to be sold or redeemed during the year.
