One of the most efficient companies in the Russian electricity sector, E.ON Russia reported for Q1 2015 on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
The financial results were slightly below last year's value, which is primarily because of the decrease in electricity generation directly by 18.2% due to lower demand, as well as the accident at the Surgut GRES-2, which took place on January 4 and now drags financial expenses in the amount of 1.15 billion roubles with insurance payments of 589 million roubles. But the capacity factor (load factor) and fuel efficiency remain the best in the Russian market.
