Gazprom plans to increase extraction by 8% in 2016 – to 452 bln cubic m against 2015, a member of Gazprom’s Board, V. Markelov, said.
The plan for 2016 is 452 bln cubic m, the correction will depend on the demand for gas in the domestic market, he said.
The planned volume of gas extraction in 2015 was set at 485.36 bln cubic m, however, later it was corrected to 414.1 bln cubic m due to the demand fall. In fact the extraction volume made up 418.5 bln cubic m, including 8.4 bln cubic m of APG.
According to the Ministry of Energy, Gazprom in 2015 reduced gas extraction by 6% to 417.2 bln cubic m.
