Ukrtransneft to direct 75% of its net profit for dividends

Ukrtransneft PJSC will direct about 1 bln grivnas for dividends-2015.
The respective decision was made on April 29th 2016 at the general meeting of shareholders of Ukrtransneft (represented by the only shareholder - Naftogas).
It was decided to direct 1,020,260,250 grivnas for dividends-2015 (75% of the net profit for 2015).
This amount of dividends for 2015 is not the largest amount of dividends ever paid to the Government, it also exceeds all paid by the company dividends beginning from its establishment in 2001.
