In 2013, the Ukraine is going to decline gas consumption by 5%

The Vice Premier of the Ukraine A. Vikul claims that the Ukrainian Government is to decline gas consumption by 2 times within 3 years, including by 5% in 2013. It declined by 10% in 2012. They are going to replace 4,000 boilers, and upgrade 6,000 boilers, and renew heating network in the whole state, including 471 km by the next heating season. The Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry of the Ukraine reports that in 2013, gas consumption in the Ukraine will remain at a level of 48 billion cubic m, the same as last year.
