On August 22, Irkutsk Subsurface Management Department to hold auctions on two oil and gas sites

The Subsurface Management Department in the Irkutsk region (Irkutsknedra) has announced auctions for right to develop two hydrocarbon sites.
According to Irkutsknedra, the auctions are assigned on August 22, 2013. The period for application for participation in the auctions and making of a deposit in the amount of 100% of the initial payment will expire on August, 7.
