The signal of fire near the village of Tarakanovo in the Bolshesosnovsky district of the Perm region was received by duty team of Transneft-Prikamiye in the morning (4.24 a.m.) of August 19, 2015.
The fire was on the Surgut-Polotsk pipeline.
