SOCAR’s compressor station has reached full capacity

​A new gas lifting compressor station at the shallow part o the Gyuneshli deposit in the Azeri sector of the Caspian has reached its full capacity of 3 mln cubic m a day, SOCAR reports.

The station was put into operation at the beginning of the year, but has reached its full capacity only now.

“The start-up and commissioning works have been completed at the station, compressor units have been tested at the mode of high productivity, pressure and number of revolutions”, is reported.

3 compressor units are constantly in working state at the gas lifting mode and they daily provide the station with 3 mln cubic m of compressed gas.
