Gazprom can become co-investor to the port in Kaliningrad

The Vice Governor of the Kaliningrad region A. Rolbinov says that Gazprom can become the investor to a re-gasification plant within the construction of the deep-water port in Kaliningrad. He said  that on Tuesday the regional authorities sent to the company ‘the image’ of a sea coastal area where the port will be built. Before that, the presupposed location was either the Primorskaya Bay or nearby the city of Yantarny. Gazprom does not give any comments about the issue as yet and offers to wait until September 23rd when the company and its chief A. Miller will launch an underground gas storage in the region.
