Ukraine: Steel production is down by 1/3 in August

The metallurgical enterprises of the Ukraine produced 0.97 million tons of steel in August, exclusive of semi-finished products, received by means of continuous casting. The reduction of melting made up 29.1% year-on-year and 12.6% compared to July, RBK states citing the State Statistics Service.
