Oil to be shipped by railway to Amur oil refinery plant – O. Kozhemyako
The organizers of the project of construction of the Amur oil refinery plant are not ready to turn away from their plans despite of the absence of the guaranteed supply of raw materials, local mass media report referring to the Governor of the region, O. Kozhemyako.
According to the head of the region, the Chinese investors plan to go on the project’s realization by means of organizing the oil supply by railway. “We greet it but we treat the project moderately. The Amur region hasn’t invested budget funds, so there are no risks for us. Investors will have to settle the issues of oil supply by railway or by pipe from the Russian deposits”, Mr. Kozhemyako said.
