China does not have time to expand its withdrawal from part of the ESPO.
In 2016-2017 China would receive 400,000 tons of Russian oil undelivered this year, "Interfax" has informed referring to the protocol of the Russian-Chinese intergovernmental commission, held on November 16 in Beijing.
