Dvorkovich acknowledged the risks of oil extraction fall in Russia

The Vice-Prime Minister, A. Dvorkovich, acknowledged that the current situation in the oil market might lead to the fall of oil extraction in Russia.

According to him, there is a risk of oil extraction fall at the Russian deposits, however, the Government has already worked out a plan for the stabilization of the situation. Pronedra wrote that the Ministry of Energy said that no certain measures to support the oil and gas sector due to the oil price fall would be taken.

The reduction of oil extraction might be caused by the fall of investment into the sector.
