Gazprom has been interested in cooperation with the Asia-Pacific region in the field of oil supplies, refining and electric power. This was announced by the company’s head Alexei Miller by results of the visit to the APEC summit, which takes place in Manila (Philippines).

"Energy power is recognized as a key component of the regional economies of the APEC countries. The growing role of natural gas and the importance of creating a reliable energy infrastructure is emphasized," - said Miller.
