Kyrgyzstan and PRC sign the agreement about the gas line from Turkmenistan

Kyrgyzstan and PRC signed the agreement about construction of Turkmenistan-Uzbekistan-Tajikistan-Kyrgyzstan-China gas line, regional press reports with the the reference to the announcement of the President of Kyrgyzstan Almazbek Atambaev.

“The agreement with China for construction of the $2 billion gas line has been signed”, he said.

Atambaev also noted, “there is no doubt that by 2017 we’ll provide for the energy safety and everyone will have light and gas”.
