Transneft’s subsidiary in the Khanty-Mansiisk autonomous district to be operator of Zapolyarie-Purpe oil pipeline

New company Transneft-Yugra, created by Transneft as its subsidiary, has been registered in Surgut. The subsidiary joined the group in late November 2014 and was allocated from Transneft-Siberia (formerly Sibnefteprovod).

Transneft-Yugra will be operator of the Zapolyarie-Purpe main oil pipeline that is being built by Transneft - Siberia. Creation of the enterprise should optimize the management of the system of trunk oil pipelines, as well as the best management of production units, located in the Yamal-Nenets and Khanty-Mansiisk autonomous districts.
