Rosneft is ready to launch Lisichansk refinery again under certain conditions

Rosneft, the largest state-owned oil company in Russia, has commented on the potential sanctions of the Ukraine, noted that under certain efforts the Lisichansk refinery (Linik), severely damaged during the hostilities, could be returned to work, spokesman for Rosneft Mikhail Leontiev reported.

In addition to incapacitated Linik, the company owns in the Ukraine a network of filling stations (according to the website of Rosneft - 139), as well as infrastructure, related to these assets.
