Lukoil can enlarge refining at Northern Caspian Sea 8.7 billion cubic m of associated gas annually by 2021

Lukoil can enlarge capacity of the gas chemical complex that is built at the Northern Caspian Sea 8.7 billion cubic m of associated gas annually by 2021, and can triple capacity of oil chemical plants to 1.22 million tons annually. The cost of the project the company realizes at the base of Stavrolen was valued by 140 billion rubles in 2012, whereas initially it was valued by 110 billion rubles. Realization began in 2011, when they proposed that refining capacity will be 2 billion cubic m of  associated gas at the first stage and 4 billion cubic m at the second stage.
