Odessa oil refinery will restart operation in March 2013, the Minister of Energy and Coal Industry E. Stavitsky says. The next object that will restart operation will be Lisichany oil refinery that has been idle since March 2012. Mr.Stavitsky says that now they elaborate legal documentation for stimulation of the work of oil refineries. One of these steps can be introduction of protective duty for imported oil products.
