Lukoil isn’t going to develop production of liquefied gas

Lukoil doesn’t want to engage in LNG production. According to it, negotiations on liberalization of gas and LNG export started in the country. The process was initiated by Novatek, which was the first company in Russia that engaged in this business actively. The company constructs a LNG plant in the far north.
