LUKOIL raised net debt 2.5 fold last year

In 2013 the net debt of LUKOIL made up $9.1 billion against $3.7 billion in 2012. so, the net debt of an oil company went up by 2.5 times.

In 2013 LUKOIL attracted $4.5 billion,  issued Eurobonds at $3 billion and took out a loan of $1.5 billion, Finmarket reports.
