From March 1st, the oil export duty from Russia will decrease by $ 1.9 - down to $ 384.4 a ton, the message published on the website of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade states. From February 1st, the oil export duty was $386.3 per ton.

The average monitoring price for the period from 15 January to 14 February was $ 784.7 per ton, RIA "Novosti" informs.

The preferential rate of duty on oil in Eastern Siberia, the Caspian deposits and Prirazlomnoye will drop to $ 188.8 from $ 190.3 From March 1st. The export duty on viscous oil (equal to 10 % of the oil duty) will drop to $ 38.4 from the current $ 38.6 per ton from March 1st.
