Rosneftegaz transfers 18.8 billion rubles to Federal Property Management Agency for 13.76% of Inter RAO UES’ shares

On February 18, Rosneftegaz concluded a deal on purchase of 13.76% of Inter RAO UES’ shares, transferred 18.8 billion rubles to the Federal Property Management Agency, chief of the Federal Property Management Agency’s department for privatization of the largest organizations V.Sergeichuk reported.
