Net loss of Slavneft under IAS made up 11.2 bln roubles in 2014

The company’s revenue in 2014 made up 197.453 bln roubles, by 2.28% over the revenue in 2013. The operational profit of Slavneft in 2014 amounted to 16.042 bln roubles, pre-tax loss- 12.281 bln roubles.

Slavneft OJSC, controlled by Rosneft and Gazprom Neft, on the results of 2014 made a net loss, referring to the company’s shareholders, under IAS at the volume of 11.256 bln roubles against the profit of 9.547 bln roubles in 2013, the company reports.

“This loss in 2014 was mainly the result of fluctuations of the rouble/dollar exchange rate, as a result of which in 2014 the loss from the exchange rate difference made up 28.265 bln roubles”, the company explained.

The company’s revenue in 2014 amounted to 197.453 bln roubles, by 2.28% over the revenue in 2013. The operational profit of Slavneft in 2014 amounted to 16.042 bln roubles, pre-tax loss- 12.281 bln roubles (-43.7%).
